Great location and good staff.

All the ladies at the reception were very pleasent, polite and they also gave us great suggestions for dinner. Thanks to them we had 2 wonderfull dinners, at the restaurants they recommended. The locayion of the hotel is great, with easy parking in the area and its very close to the old town. We had the junior suite and although it's actually an attic it was big enough for 2 people and the pictures on the site were matching with the room.

The mattres of the bed was very hard, not comfortable at all. At night it was cold and the ac was not working properly, although they had at the room a spare blanket. A few things in the room were broken, such as the cup of the toilet bin and the cup of the water boiler.

Lovely hotel inside but customer service could be improved

Good location, lovely room, clean

The property does not advertise parking but a response to a question implies that there is parking readily available around the property-this is not the case. It is tricky to park. We found the staff mixed-2 members of staff were lovely and helpful, 2 were extremely rude.

Very nice place with big bathroom, quite place so you can get your proper sleep.Close to Siena city. And if you have a dog there is a small park across the street. The staff was so nice and helpful, definitely when i ll be back i will stay at this property again

Great place.

Nice location in a quiet area outside the center but in a walking distance. Large room with balcony. Great staff member gave us good elements to visit and restaurants. Very good breakfast buffet.

A convenient and quite location of the hotel, spacious and comfortable bedroom but a very user unfriendly bathroom

The suite room is spacious and clean and nicely presented. Location of hotel is good, environment is quiet and easily walkable to the historic centre. Breakfast room is beautiful. Breakfast is very good.

The suite room I stayed for 3 nights is very spacious, on the attic floor and have very small windows. The so-called garden view is a bit tricky, because you have to squat down on the floor before you can view through the small windows. The design of the bathroom is awkward and small, which is in long and narrow shape. While the shower partition is in the front portion right at the entrance of the bathroom, the towel and towel rack is at the far end. The facial tub is just a facial tub with no surface top AT ALL to put skin care or cosmetics or things at all. In my view, the bathroom is very badly designed, and it does not tally to the standard a suite room should provide. I have requested for a change of room but in vail. The staff said all suites are on attic floor with small windows and all bathrooms of the suite rooms are small like the one in my room.
