The outside sit (Read More)ting area was a favorite, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient and near many activities. Guests also appreciated the historic charm of the converted federal building. One guest specifically mentioned the kindness of staff member Jenny. Despite the parking inconvenience for handicap guests, overall, guests highly recommended this hotel.

Disappointing

Don't stay here!!

The room was clean and a good size

PARKING WAS NOT ON LOCATION. Was extremely awkward to hall things from parking garage 1 block to hotel doors. No sky bridge. NOT staying here again for that reason. Also for 170 a night it wasn't that nice. Staff wasn't that nice ether tbh

Omaha Adventure

Great overnight stay. Clean room with kitchen and nice shower. Friendly staff. Parking Ramp close by at $9 a day or street parking. Close to the Old Market and places to eat. Will stay again.

Great hotel for visiting Omaha

Very nice room, very comfortable. Great location for downtown Omaha because you can walk to several locations (restaurants, breweries)

Room could have been cleaner Breakfast was average at best even though it was touted as very good $250 deposit is ridiculous for garage parking I asked for a signed copy so I would have proof I returned it and was met with a lot of negativity They made me sign saying I received it but resisted for several minutes to sign saying I turned it in

The window in the bathroom did not have a DARK shade to go along with the see thru shade. We were situated toward the garage, n wanted to keep our privacy and not be exposed when we switched the light on. As it was a short visit didnt complain to staff.

There is nothing to complain about. Exemplary modern hotel with long time history.
