Oasis with great staff

Staff were so helpful providing everything we needed. They ordered us food and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We hoped around the whole villa due to availability so experienced many of the rooms and all were great. Its a beautiful oasis.

A stay I would like to forget about.

Mr. Rajesh's (property owner) was courteous and amicable

The location is too difficult to approach. The place is surrounded by fishermen folk. Felt very unsafe and insecure. The response of the property where there was a negative is very rude and not with proper decorum. The curtains in the room are not properly closing. So privacy is a big question.

It's set in a small fishing village, 5 mins walk from the main road and 5 mins from Serenity Beach. Walking through the village was great to see local life away from a busy main road. The owners are great, helped us with bus tickets to our next stop. The breakfast, delivered to our room, was a local selection that we loved. The swimming pool was a welcome respite from the heat. We recommend it.

I am not staying for above reasons. Specifically A.C not work.

I am not staying. because A.C is not functioning.As a place it is waste. I never seen any properties like this. There is no road to go sea. It is fishermen area & waste.

Cosy, good value for money stay.

The property is exactly as described in booking. It's a spacious villa with a great yard and palms, lots of plants. The rooms are simple but calming and comfortable. It was quite clean and even though the bathroom is not fancy, we liked it a lot. The staff was very punctual, welcoming and helpful. Our driver also liked their driver rooms . It was quiet and pleasant. It's a value offer, so keep that in mind - the location of the villa is in a neighborhood which might alarm some people, but the villa itself is quite safe and peaceful. We asked for fruit for breakfast and they served us plenty of it with a smile.

Great experience

The ambience is blissful. It's right opposite the serenity beach but feels like a private beach. The property is maintained well , and the pool is clean. Very friendly staff and had a good experience.

The location is a little inside , 20min from the city center. If a beach stay Is not your priority, then it's not recommended to stay here as it takes atleast 15min to ride to any place from Here. Otherwise, everything is wonderful.

Nice stay. Slept well. Perfect spot for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The ambience : Quiet enough to hear the birds chirping and the waves singing. Well maintained pool was a pleasing sight. The King Room: Spacious and airy. Clean washroom. Clean Towels. Clean bed linen. Didnt miss not having a TV in the room! The Staff: Friendly & helpful The beach is just about 100 m from the gate

The access to the property is through narrow lanes, which often have two-wheelers parked on either side of the road. Was able to maneuver a Honda City. But guests with wider bodied cars or SUVs may find it stressful. You have to be lucky to secure the only safe parking spot inside the premises. Was surprised that the property accepts just Cash and UPI payment. Thats a disappointment for folk that favour using a credit card.
