    The buffet breakfast. The helpfulness of the hotel porter.
    Having a room with no windows on the top floor of a busy, noisy shopping mall. There were big language difficulties as the staff at night spoke no English.

    In the heart of a shopping area
    There is a cinema complex in the shopping area which does attract a large crowd which can be intimidating. Theres also a stale smell of cigarettes in the air which makes the hotel in poor state.

    Service was good but English was poor. Being located in above a shopping mall was convenient.
    Booked a double room but was given a choice of 2 twin rooms. Room had no windows and no ventilation and smelt very badly of mould, made us cough and gave us a headache. Only 1 toothbrush despite two beds. Room shared a common wall with cinema theatre next door playing an action movie until midnight, really loud. Breakfast was from 730-1030am but when we got there at 930am we were told we either had to take breakfast in our room or eat very quickly because they had double booked a conference function event.
