Good location and great bed

The bed!!! It was the best bed we have slept in at a hotel. The city view was also a great outlook over the city skyline.

One of the restaurants was not open because they were in between menus. The pool and spa were not working. We ordered room service and I couldnt eat the chicken parmigiana. It seemed most likely processed, frozen chicken with so much crumb, it made up more than the chicken itself. Pretty disappointing considering it was $30.

Pleasent stay good value great location

Location was great, room was clean, breakfast was included.

disappointed in not having pool/spa available. Breakfast was ok could but staff didn't keep up with the food & what was there in the way of hot food was not great cold/dry.

Lovely

My girlfriend and I had our two year anniversary at this hotel and so I noted that to the staff when booking, requesting a note of congratulations on the bed to surprise my girlfriend. They shocked us when they gave us a complementary champagne to celebrate, showing how much they care about the guests. This will live long in the memory for sure!
