It was in a perfect place to enjoy the area.

It was very well run, clean, and the hosts were wonderful. I even bought a pair of glasses!

Nice but musty

Shower was great and bed comfortable. It was quiet but very central. Kitchen was nice and had tea and water.

The floor smelled strongly of feet so we borrowed a mop from shop downstairs to clean it. Afterwards it was okay and the odour was less strong.

Really liked our stay here. Great location, friendly hosts.

Nice sized studio, nicely decorated.

The bed is a typical Vietnamese hard bed. The addition of a softer topper would make it more comfortable for westerners.

Will stay her again I hope by the time the one of the housekeeper will change!

Location is right on the center of old quarter. Harry and wife are very helpful when needed. Room is big for 2 people. Room is clean. The shower needs to be Refurbished started the moulds build up. The bed is hard waking up one day with sore back. Aside from that everything is good.

One of the staff the tall one is very UNHELPFUL,SARCASTIC,MISERABLE WOMAN! She always knock our door early to clean our room. If we told her to do one hour later she just turn around and put angry face. The other staff is very friendly (the small one) is always smiling and helpful. I hope harry you put notice to this problem to one of your staff.

It was a basic room with an exceptionally hard mattress. Id expect a nice soft mattress for that price

Perfect self contained room, perfect location, perfect price!

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, but on a quiet little side street. Barely any noise issue at all. A fully self contained room with fridge, microwave and stove and dishes. The shower was excellent. The bed is Vietnamese firm, which was a little too firm for me! The directions sent by the owners were very clear, and even though I still got a bit confused, it was really easy to call and get further instructions. Excellent food just across the street too! I will definitely stay again

My only issue was the bed, which was very hard, but that's the Vietnamese way!
