Great hotel near the old town!

everything! the rooms are awesome! the food is very good,all fresh.even the coffee is great! nice view from our room.the staff was very friendly and professional.they realized all our requests. their bar closes at 2 am so its a nice option for late drinks.

i had no problems with this hotel.

Lovely Hotel in excellent location

A great contemporary hotel in an excellent location. The hotel is right near the railway station so you can travel from the airport by train for about 3.50. It is also a short walk into Krakow Old Town. Good breakfast too.

Had continual difficulty with key cards not operating in the lift and room door.

I was blown away by this hotel. The location is fantastic, decor is fab, very clean and staff were extremely polite and helpful. I cant rate it highly enough.

Superb

The room was spacious, the bathroom large with a bathtub and a shower cabin. Bed was very comfortable. A coffee and tea maker is always an added advantage. Staff friendly and eager to help. The location is excellent, a five-minute walk from Krarkow train station. For every recommendation.

Great Place to Stay in Krakow

Everything was great. Location is perfect. Right next to train station which connects you to airport. Also 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. View of the room was great. Beds were confortable. room size was big enough. It was clean and cosy.

Very nice rooms and location

Very good location. Close to the city centre. Rooms were excellent and had everything you needed. The hotel was quiet.

The pillows were way too soft and flat. We asked for different pillows and an extra blanket but the reception never got back to us. The breakfast is a little disappointing. You can have a much nicer breakfast right outside for half the price.
