Very good

Nice, quiet and comfy

Quiet location, nice cute balcony, nice hot shower, friendly and helpful staff, small but nice breakfast which came as a surprise!

good except the uncleaned bathroom and bedding

simple breakfast like toasts, milk and yogurt is included. Nice location. Cozy. swimming pool, but i have never seen someone who swims during 3 nights and i also didn't swim.

bathroom is dirty. especially the toilet is dirty. Actually it was definitely easy to clean up, but the staffs never wiped it. really can't understand, why they never try to clean it, even they came to my room everyday for room-makeup. Moreover there were some stained marks on the bed sheet and towels. Black mold in the shower booth.

Nice Stay but only one small soap provided

Great spot near tourist places. A 7-11 store nearby. Decor has a wooden, northern feel.

The bathroom only had a small soap and some shampoo, which is less than what's usually offered for the price. And no breakfast.

Excellent

Everything. It had a nice vibe. My room No 12 overlooking the street was the best. Sun streaming on yr bed in the morning. Big balcony with sofa. Great location. Right next to Tha pae gate and restaurants etc. Really loved it the best place so far I have stayed in Chiang Mai

Superb

Highly recommend.

Very centrally located. Close to many shops and restaurants but tucked away on a side street, providing quiet and solitude. Inner courtyard with pool was lovely. Comfy beds and pillow. Nice sized rooms.

You get free continental breakfast if you pay in cash, which consists of yogurt, coffee, toast or small croissant. Nothing to praise about.
