beautiful garden, 2 fab swimming pools, good size " bungalow" room ( as all bungalows are not a separate buildings) , fab bathroom

1) single bed is tiny (not comfy ) ; 2) hotel is out of town and isolated ( no close shops or restaurants) 3) it's is impossible to swim ( as waves are too strong) 4)all food in restaurant is too spicy ( including breakfast option) even you asked for non- spicy dishes , water in room is too expensive ; 5) Difficult to communicate in English with some staff ( especially with young lady at the reception) 6) hotels are allowed non-residents to busy a day pass for gym and swimming pool ( so it can be overcrowded )

Location by the beach was good. Infinity pool is excellent. Staff super helpful. Food is good.

Facilities are quite tired, need a refresh, maintenance, repairs. Second stay, same blocked toilets. A little remote, no local restaurants.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely stay again.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a few issues initially with a broken door lock and a fold out bed not being comfortable and put together properly, but the staff couldn't have been more willing to help and fix our issues. They were unable to fix the door quickly, so they upgraded us to a better room. The breakfast was great and the pool and beach was clean and beautiful. The massages were relaxing, I would highly recommend.

The dinner at the restaurant was expensive and the food did not live up to the expectation of a 4 star resort.

It was a bad experience

A few staff are nice and polite. Willing to support.

1. The resort charged my credit card too early (Sep 23) for the whole payment (6,426,055 VND) even though the Booking.com showed me that it will be charged only 5 days prior to the check-in day (Oct 6). 2. The bad breakfast buffet. It's not too many dishes. And the worse thing is that I skipped my breakfast on Oct 7 because of eating several rotten tomatoes (still keep some photos of that on my phone) 3. The very bad tram driver. While other tram drivers are quite nice, they drove carefully and brought us right to the house entrance. There is a very bad tram driver who drove too fast and dangerous on the very narrow and curved paths. He knew that is driving with a pregnant woman (my wife) and a 7-year old child (my daughter). He also refused to bring us near to the house entrance, he dropped us at the low hill and told us to walk upphil. This made me angry because my wife is a 8-month prenant and gets very difficult to walk (her doctor asked her not to walk too much, especially walk upstair/uphil. 4. The surprised charge for the drinking water. They put 4 bottles (2 small plastic bottles and 2 bigger glass bottles) of mineral water on the table (not in the mini bar where there are beers and soft drinks) and did not let us know there 2 of them (2 glass bottles) will be charged. When I checked out, they charged us 112,000 VN for 2 bottles of mineral water. This quite shocked me as I never experience this before with many other resorts and hotels. This stay is for our leisure and my birthday anniversary. I had imagined that we were be happy and enjoyed the great moment there, but it's was unhappy. I don't know how the resort got 4 stars. It's worse than others 3-star hotels I used to stay before.

Enjoyed our time there but would consider other locations next time for the value.

It was private and quiet.

I did not like that I rented the Family Bungalow but I had to pay extra for my family. The bungalow came with a single bed. I had to pay extra for my son and a bed for him to use. Do not call a regular room a family bungalow when it is not set up for a family. I felt like the advertising for the room was misleading.

Good choice for a relaxing time in Phan Thiet. Close to the city if you want to explore more.

Breakfast buffet was good, standard fare you get in most Vietnamese resorts. A good mix of local and western options. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Both swimming pools are nice and clean. The seaside bungalow was very comfortable and spacious.

Staff were friendly overall but unresponsive at times. We had issues with ordering meals for room service and a buggy to move our bags (long wait time, when following up they simply said 'soon soon working on it' with no real commitment.)
