The reception staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I felt safe and comfortable staying on my own in this hotel. I would book it again.

Good short stay but need lots of improvement as a 4 star hotel

Parking price and location, there was no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers in room. The smell was not pleasant in room and corridors.

Good Location with covered parking for city centre visits - room does need updating esp heating and controls

Location - parking - room size - clean linens - plentiful towels - decent toiletries

Room dated - doors missing from wardrobe - no fridge - just a fridge shaped hole in the damaged unit under TV - radiator thermostat control VERY difficult to operate - needs updating/replacing - Radiator in bathroom not working at all

Very good

A good and comfortable stay, mainly chosen for the location. Great breakfast and excellent staff.

Breakfast and a very accommodating and smiling staff, especially the cleaning/housekeeping staff and the staff at the breakfast.

No swimming pool and old carpets. No minibar and couldnt locate the switch for the exhaust fan in bathroom.

Disappointing

Initially very impressed but disappointed by the room.

Entrance/ lobby/ eating area absolutely beautiful I was very impressed.

The bedrooms are dated, worn and tired. The mattresses not comfortable for us - but this is a personal thing. What was particularly annoying I had a smoke alarm flashing all night above my head, no room phone to phone reception.

Nice hotel, modern, clean and central location

Shower broken so unable to move shower head to above head height and swivels towards the wall so have to hold it whole time in shower. Toilet flush also v difficult to press
