The location was good if you want to be in the heart of the city and the facilities were clean, nicely decorated.

The location was central and within walking distance of major attractions. The unit was unique and nicely decorated.

The only complaint I could have is the lack of any water in the unit. Its standard to provide a bottle or two of water for guests.

Perfect city stay in Rome

Wow what a stay!! This is a perfect location, to be able to visit Rome by foot. The property has been superbly renovated. The staff couldnt have been any more helpful friendly and kind they went above, and beyond to ensure you had an amazing stay. Highly recommend

Nice hotel in Rome, location is really nice, walk distance to many tourist attractions and a subway in the corner.

The location is perfect and staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved that we could check in sooner and leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy Rome for longer time.

The bathroom door was made out of glass and even though you cant see through it was difficult to close it.

The staff were nice

For check in they take a picture on the phone of your identification document (not too sure how safe and protected that is). Upon our arrival garbage bags were lined up in front of the reception door. The room is in desperate need for deep cleaning; the closet is heavily dusted, behind and under the bed is filled with dust, the bathroom sink had hair in it, the shower had empty shampoo tops in it, and there was a killed bug on the bathroom wall. The towels smell like dust. The toiletries are of very very low quality. The bed is small. The elevator is an absolute disaster for both nights i stayed there the elevator was either non-functional or stuck on some floor because someone didn't close its doors. I wouldnt pay more than 50 euros per night for this.
