Very good

Very handy place to stay in the city without exorbitant cost.

Roominess and comfort were excellent. Good view from windows.

Lift out of order. Bar area too crowded to enjoy Happy Hour.

Disappointing

Wasnt worth the money on this occasion, but still had a great time.

Great location. Bed was very comfortable, Smart TV with streaming apps, water in shower was good. Most of the staff were lovely and apologetic when needed.

We have stayed here before, a few years ago, this stay was disappointing in comparison. We were on level 1, the lift was not operating properly and level 1 was not working. We had to use the stairs. We were offered to change levels however we were ok with stairs as we are young and were considerate of elderly/disabled persons. We were compensated with 2 glasses of wine for this inconvenience which was lovely. The disappointing issues was that there were no bath towels provided or available at the premises for the first 24 hours, this was New Years Eve as well. This was inconvenient and shocking as its really the bare minimum as an expectation when paying for a hotel. There was no quick call options for the room phone either which meant we had to go down to reception for assistance. There was no shampoo or conditioner in our bottles which is also disappointing and inconvenient. The room was clean and tidy which was good however the room smelt like bleach for the first day which was overpowering. The wifi password we were provided also didnt work. The reception there isnt the best. We also paid $80 in parking at the hotel but when we got to the pay station at the car park it said only $70 was outstanding. It wasnt worth the $1,500 we spent on 2 nights. However it was still a nice experience and great location to especially for events in the city.

Good for a short city break

Friendly staff, convenient location, comfy beds

The lift was broken during our stay. The bathrooms are very cramped. The rooms and communal areas look tired and could do with a facelift.

Disappointing

Great location. Over priced and shabby.

Main reception area is lovely, very modern boutique feel but the room was very shabby. You are paying for the location.

Our room needed to be cleaned. We had dirty coffee cups and the fridge was leaking so the carpet was sodden. We also had lots of mosquitos in the room. Lift wasnt working either.

Hallways are smelly. Had to pay extra $40 on check in. The extra bed was apparently not suitable in the room I have booked. I have put that on the request but no one contacted me. Hence upon arrival Inwas expecting all was okay then I had to pay extra $40. Waited 1 hour in the reception for them to get pur room ready.

I understand the elevator was broke but asking a guest to carry 2 big suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was unacceptable. We should have emailed to inform us. Then we could have left the large cases in your store
