Bad

They told me that they called me and I didn't answer. Therefore they have given booking to another person. I didn't receive any calls. I sent multiple messages and they didn't see or reply back. Bad service

Poor service

The location is beautiful and you got a view dor the whole valley and the breakfast was nice.

However the service is a full disaster, our rooms door could not be closed and the guy whom i asked help from just laughed on this "small" issue. Spoiler: i did not find it funny not at all. The staff speaks english on a very low level. Ants are everywhere in the room and we dont have enough hot water. I recommend to RECONSIDER!

This accommodation has great position above town with great view on town and surroding, but it is also mean, that is on hill and is little far from center, without tuktuk difficult. Rooms has common terrace, but nice. Breakfest was great. Hot water in shower. Helpful staff.

Most biggest problem is absence of ventilation in shower and for this is in shower a lot mould which is spreading to room. This is not for one two night problem, but is not healthy. We have also broken bedlinen. Accommodation is not old, has modern look and quality material, but need much more maitenance.
