Good

Location, restaurant and the facilities in the hotel are absolutely in accordance with the price.

The overall, location, staff professionalism, facilities were on top notch level. The "tapas" in the lunch bar were tasty and fresh and the drink recommendation from the waiter was superb!

Whilst using the spa facilities in the open hours, approximately around 20:30, we had an unpleasant experience of walking into a sauna where a couple was in midst of a sexual intercourse which stopped us from enjoying or entering the facility that evening as we were worried about the hygiene of the sauna.

The location and parking

In chronological order The room felt very empty without anything and some old scratched wooden flooring The minibar was empty and also it wasn't even working (not that big of a deal but I expect more from a 4 star hotel) There were no duvets, robes and slippers in the room which I notified the staff and they forgot to put rob and slippers Then at midnight I went to take a shower and noticed some molds on the bathroom tiles and the bathroom door had hairs and squashed insect on it I notified them and they apologized The bottom line is I expected better service and a cleaner room. I don't like to ask for things that are the default of a hotel in my mind (clean rooms, working minibar, slippers ...)

Good experience overall

Staff super nice and helpful. Rooms spotless clean and spacious, free parking.

A little farther from the city centre than I was expecting, but didnt compromise as bus and taxi are easily available.

Disappointing

One room had cobwebs which had been there for a while. Room Was changed and then was told I should be grateful as I had been given a suite instead of room booked. I just wanted to know that the rooms were clean and had been cleaned properly between guests but wasnt convinced. The suite had questionable marks on bathroom wall so wasnt convinced it was any cleaner than the other room. Manager not prepared to accept that the room might not have been properly cleaned

Nice hotel room, great breakfast and sauna, just an enjoyable walk away from the city center

The room we got initially was a bit dirty, so we asked for another one, which was a twin room but they connected the beds so it wasn't even noticeable. Also free drink for the inconvenience, very nice service We really enjoyed the bookable sauna, others however, who didn't book in advance would probably disagree

I liked the coffee machine in the room, but I'd prefer mugs instead of paper cups The glass wall bathroom is a bit awkward (even if we were aware of it beforehand), next time we'd probably go for the comfort room

Very good

everything, I liked the idea of the free cup of coffee, I stay in a lot of hotels and I can not remember having a fee coffee in the lounge, many times in the room but you have to make it yourself which after a hard day at work can be a nuisance, Lovely people to talk to and for change good WI FI, Excellent secure parking

Great stay and value for money

Great hotel in a safe location whether or not youre parking your car in the covered car park or outside. Found it very clean with good breakfast and with friendly staff. You do need to get a bike, bus or taxi into the town but this was so easy to navigate and we quite liked not being so central.

We only had one pillow each on the bed with one spare in the wardrobe. The pillows themselves were quite small, more like cushions so we would have liked another spare pillow so it totaled to 4.
