Beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Hue

Absolutely stunning location and setting with wonderful attentive staff.

The buggy to pick you up from the villa was sometimes slow - waiting 10-15 mins. The breakfast also lacked enough vegan options

Beautiful setting, very comfortable and incredibly hospitable service - we would reccomend and go back!

This really is a very special place with a lot of potential - some of it realised and some of it trying to be. We would definitely recommend and would go back. They did a good job at bringing some Christmas spirit with quaint little touches. The wellness and spa facilities - the Masseus are the best in Vietnam. The sauna / steam room could use a refurb and the jacuzzi could be hotter.

The menu, although large and diverse, could get boring quite quickly so some daily specials would be a good idea.

Best hotel ever

Everything was amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed in a water villa with a glass floor and honestly felt like royalty. The weather was v rainy but it didnt matter as it was great to be able to look out over the misty lagoon from the giant bed. Also loved the freestanding bath with an amazing view. There are a couple of little restaurants just outside the hotel if you wish to eat out instead of the hotel restaurant.

A beautiful location for a two to three night escape

You cant fault the beautiful location except when it rains, which it did the whole time we were there. We could well imagine that it would be a tranquil place to be with better weather. Our pool Villa was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was generous. The staff were wonderful especially given with the weather problems. We would particularly recognise Anh, who provided amazing service. A word of advice, if you choose an offer including spa vouchers, just check the conditions.

Everything was excellent about this stay specially Hospitality and Food. Location and stays are excellent and unique. Much recommended for leisure and specially for relaxation. Spa, bath, food, convenience and cleanliness 10/10

The best resort I visited so far~ All hotel personnel were great and helpful. They helped us to transfer our luggage to the hotel ahead and do check in earlier. Everything was perfect and magical. I would love to return back one day. The breakfast was delicious and scalp massage relaxing.

Everything was very memorable. The only disadvantage which can be also advantage is that it is little further from the city center and isolated.

Wonderfully relaxing and quiet location.

The size of the resort meant that you could spend all day there. Our villa was magnificent:: pool, outdoor shower, huge bathroom, giant bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, shady verandah, views, super clean and fresh fruit and water every day. Fantastic location and super relaxing. Great to have bikes and kayaks also free Yoga in the morning. A special thanks to Mai who looked after us so well and also to Thuy and Mo in the restaurant. Breakfast exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed our meals in the on-site restaurants, both with excellent views and the food was wonderful especially the local fish.
