Definitely not worth it for the money!

- close to the subway - big windows, ok view - big shower

- the toilet was clean only on the surface, but when you enter the toilet (a very little room 2x2 m) you can see the brown stains in the pipe. Very disgusting - at checkin they asked as for the tourist tax and instead of 18 they asked for 38 without a clear explanation - cleaning staff threw away a bag of our belongings, even though it was clearly not trash - if you forget your swimwear, they charge you 25 for shein labelled swimwear - for the bathrobe and slippers, again they charge you. in a 4 star hotel this should be included in the price - the tv isnt smart - the sink was dirty and clogged

Just brilliant!

I absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing! The room was lovely, the beds were ever so comfortable and the rooms were just great. The view was brilliant and the amenities at the hotel were excellent. We used the pool which was excellent and very relaxing.

The location is very good and close to stations however there isn't much directly surrounding the hotel but this is a very minor point as you can easily get into Amsterdam.

Security not good, we got issues late night in the elevator with criminals we informed the management and they have seen it on camera was a shame that we did not seen anyone at the reception desk not even a drink for this stress not professional

Ok.

Easy access to everywhere. Hotel was great. Bed was amazing.

Terrible service at the bar. We ate there 1 evening. Unfriendly, rude and I waited 40 min for my salad after they ordered the wrong one.. there was something g wrong with the sink. In the room. It was clogged up. So all the water just in the sink a long time before it went down. I told the front desk on Tuesday our second day there. They said they would fix it, but they didnt figure it out, because the sink was clogged all four days even if I told them 3 times please to fix it. Front desk was friendly, but they have no idea.. staff too young and inexperienced..

Generally nice. Odd location as the city centre is a bit far out.

Absolutely lovely room. Restaurants are amazing too with lovely food and a great atmosphere.

I put up the room clean sign. They replenished the room with towels. however did not throw away boxes, rubbish, do the bed or provide us with new cups/mugs/ tea and coffee.
