Unclean hotel and very bad experience

Location was okay

Very bad experience: 1. Hotel room was not cleaned post the previous guest left. 2. It was shabby, wet bathroom and unclean toilet, bed linen, pillow and blanket covers were dirty and used, without washing 3. Hotel tried to charge us the previous guest food bills, when we spotted they owned up to the mistake 4. Breakfast was horrible, bad quality food, hair found in food and it was cold as well

Very nice service. Specially with respect to the staff Sandeep Kumar Pandey who helped us tow our luggage all the way from.parking 4 as we were with small kid and he helped us all the way to checkin and arranging for Departure. Thank you for the service.

Exceptional

From entry, stay and exit all facilities are far exceeding the expectation.

A smoking block shall be provided on each floor with a proper ventilation system. A welcome drink shall provide at reception. Few unique points which i impressed a lot -- Welcome gesture superb.Early check-in is possible when rooms are available. All others are okay.
