Vacation Village at Parkway: Prime Location with Mixed Bag Amenities

Unbeatable location: Publix, Walgreens, and Disney parks all within a quick drive. Perfect for those who want convenience and accessibility. Handy amenities: In-room washer/dryer, clean pool, trash bins regularly emptied, adequate kitchen cutlery. Responsive housekeeping: Promptly fixed the toilet issue upon arrival.

Dated and unclean accommodations: Tiles, grouts, balcony, and furniture were dirty, giving the impression of an aging property. Uncomfortable bed: Creaky and lacked comfort. Potential health hazard: Dryer vent and exposed lint falling onto balcony. Damp smell: Furniture in the living room had a noticeable damp smell.

Staff was rude highly ineffective. They have different pictures in ad that what they have in real. Mostly a scam. They sent you text to call for free gift but wheat they really what to do is sell you something which worst experience ever

Disappointing

Very Disappointing for me.

Breakfast NA, but the location was okay. The Agent at Check in was very courteous and professional. Her name was Trinity.

I didn't like my assigned old unit! None of my requests were honored! My husband and I cleaned the Refrigerator and the Stove. Our favorite station on the TV was in Spanish, and even though we requested a technician, no one came! It was a very disappointing stay!! The Managers on duty made EXCUSES for everything! My Christmas Week was not what I had hoped for at Vacation Village!!

Very good.

The price is fair. The property and unit are clean.

We had to get two seperate units in order to have a two bedroom unit. We were not allowed a late check out. I asked 3 different times but they were firm on the no late check out.
