Not ideal but passable

Helpful & friendly staff. Shuttle service to MRT station. Staff facilitated access to shower facilities after check-out prior to our flight, which was much appreciated!

Drain smell from the bathroom was terrible. Bed was overly soft and unsupportive. Hotel location not great, no local food options within a 20min walk.

Very good value for money. Jacuzzi room is very good.

Staff are very helpful. Very friendly. Provide free shuttle to go Malls, Market. Room is clean and big.

Location is ok. Its in residential area. Nothing much to do around it.

Very good

The hotel does not look as luxurious as in the pictures, but we enjoyed our stay there. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was quite small, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The same for the bathroom. Of course, we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the bathroom, that being the reason we booked this stay. The breakfast was quite simple compared to other places we stayed in in our trip to Thailand, but we particularly enjoyed the coffee. The hotel has a sauna, big pool, gym, and we enjoyed all these amenities. It is true that the location is not excellent, however you are aware of this when booking, so I cannot really complain about it. Besides, they offered hourly shuttles to the nearest BTS/MRT stations and we were even offered this service after our check out.

The hotel is a bit run-down, but even during our stay there, they were doing maintenance work at the aquarium in the restaurant, for example. During our stay, they were working at some of the rooms and there were also works on the street, so it was a bit noisy during the first part of the day.

a lot of expectations but it doesnt worth the price. Id suggest to search other places

some people from the staff were very kind

the original price was around 280/night, luckily I didnt pay that much because it was discounted. it definitely doesnt worth the price. theyre doing a lot of work around and inside the hotel. the pool because of that is almost inaccessible. i asked for a a big bed and they answered me it was a large king bed, but they were two single beds attached, a bit annoying. during all stay there were a lot of bad smell coming from the shower some of the stuff not welcoming at all

They dont care about the customers need, giving me a stinky room with noises. When I asked to change he refused by saying that, if you want this one or the one with no balcony. Hideous attitude, will never be back, bye! No recommended!

Very good

This hotel has a lot of services which is very nice for the price. You will get a very nice and comfortable room with a great bathroom. We also had a private jacuzzi on the balcony. You will get access to the swimming pool, massage chairs, gym, sauna and Turkish bath. The entrance has a big aquarium with beautiful coral and fish for you to enjoy. The bed was very big and comfortable!

Unfortunately, the machines for the aquarium are not enclosed and therefore we could hear the machines working during the night which can affect the light sleepers like my wife.
