OVERALL: Pleasant stay, great location.

ABOUT THE PLACE: The property is located nicely away from the noise and calm area. The helper on location was helpful and did his best to service and did a good job. For animal lovers, there is a friendly dog on site (nonintrusive). MEALS: The food we ordered was homecooked and done well. We ordered dal, sabji, rice, chicken biryani, and paisam for dessert for 4 people, and the quality was perfect and food was tasty. It was prepared freshly and delivered to the location on time. We paid roughly Rs. 1400 for the whole meal, which was worth the price. HOSPITALITY: The helper Raju was prompt and assisted with every need. We had requested tea and snacks on arrival and it was fulfilled. One of the room's ACs was not working, and the person in charge immediately had the room changed. OVERALL: A great place for a group of 8-10 people to relax and experience a homestay in a well-located property.

AC: The air conditioners require servicing. The air in the rooms smelled damp and stuffy. LATE BREAKFAST: We had to leave for the airport early next morning and had requested the house help to keep the breakfast ready. The next morning we had to help prepare the breakfast along with her to make it in time for our pickup.

Hidden gem in the middle of nowhere.

Great place with friendly staff and value for money. They went out of their way to provide food even though we arrived quite late at night.

Finding the place was quite difficult with the Google maps link that was sent to us. Their customer support must improve.

The owner lady was kind enough to give us discount on total amount. The house is very beautiful with antique decorations!

It is very far from the center of the city we ended up paying a lot of money on auto for transportation. Food was not at all tasty. The lady care taker was a bit harsh and she was like we have other guests other work hurry up for breakfast.

Excellent location and the property is well maintained. A tropical enevironment with a vijtage touch. owners are very responsive round the clock. The caretaker is very helpful and cooked us a tasty and healthy breakfast. Ps. Don't forget to say hi to their dog (bobby)
