Location, location, location! Clean and cheap for value

Frantic and late check in - with no check in desk it was hard to iron out all of the policies and other information (i.e. rules and check out, etc).

Great place to stay and explore the city

The size of the room was perfect, plenty of complimentary items, the view was breathtaking inside and from the balcony, communication with the company was great, when we arrived the cleaner was still preparing the room and when it was finished we returned and it was spotless and very fresh. On-site pool, spa, sauna and gym was an amazing bonus- no extra cost, good size fridge and freezer, water and dryer, cutlery, cups, glasses, mugs, stove top with pots and a pan, oven, microwave, coffee machine with coffee pods, tea, sugar, , dishwasher, basically everything you need to have a relaxing time. Tram stop outside and close to Southern Cross station. 24hr shop right outside too.

We had a very positive experience and a wonderful time.

Located very central in CBD, walking distance to everything such as transport, restaurants and shops. With excellent views of the city. Apartment is well and beautifully designed with all necessary equipment.

Tiny space for a family of four. Very cramped minimal space to put belongings Couch was uncomfortable Contactless accommodation. No staff in sight. Obtain room key from convenience store operator

Cuti cuti Melbourne.

Amazing view of the melbourne city from the apartment, beautiful interior design, lovely coffee machine provided. Staff was lovely enough to return the stuff I accidentally left after check out.
