The staff is great! Kind and friendly vibes! Especially the security and his dogs (you will see them if you return to hotel at night) Breakfast is ok. the location is also good if you like touristic places. I prefer something more authentic, so I left Unawatuna. Too many tourists and not the best type of them
I've been there for 4 days. Price It's too expensive for this hotel (it was 40$/night). Small room - not even a kettle. + they didnt clean my room or change towels and bed linen

Warm welcome by lovely Nor-Lanka familie and staff
the most relaxed place during my stay in Sri Lanka. Nor Lanka has the best of both Norway and Sri Lanka! perfect location for beach, best B&W beach restaurant, small supermarket. very comfortable rooms and relax areas. I had wonderful day with tuktuk of Mr Lal. Really kind gentlemen. let the hotel arrange this guided tour. Also loved the breakfast (good bread!) Thank you again kind an warm familie for making me feel so welcome

Perfect vacation place
I liked everything! We first booked Room in another hotel but there were some problems. We then booked room At Nor Lanka and arrived 10 minutes after-everything was ready. Room was big and clean,we didnt have problems with mosqitoes. Beach is very close,they also let you borrow towel and sunscreen for beach for free. But what I loved the most was the atmosphere;everybody was so nice and helpful,hotel is nicely decorated so we felt Like home.There is a big garden,we enyoed watching birds and squirrels while having breakfast. Breakfast was also amazing.the only thing I regret is not spending more nights At this place

The room is comfortable and quite. But not very convenient to find something to eat.
The bed is comfortable
They dont have local breakfast and you need to walk a while to go to the main street, where the restaurants and shops are.
