Disappointing

It was a family trip

The beach was good

There was only kayak available, jet ski was not working, dogs were allowed to swimming pool area even though there was a board sign that dogs are not allowed. Broken shower and No blow dryer even after requesting. The receptionist attitude was not good.

Beautiful location, hotel itself a bit tired.

The beach is beautiful and the water is amazing, great for children. The garden areas are also lovely and well maintained. It was fantastic to be able to take dogs and it was great to see them running and playing in the sea. The different facilities on the beach were fantastic - football pitch, play park, pool, kayaks and paddle boards available, lovely seating areas. Breakfast was good as was the food/drinks available at the beach bar. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

The room was very dated and a bit shabby. Our main concern was the strong smell of smoke, we reported this and someone showed up with some air freshener which was not very effective, we had to leave the balcony doors open throughout our stay. There were ants in the bathroom, black mould around the bath and cigarette burns in the chairs. The beach had quite a bit of litter and cigarette butts which was a real shame as it is absolutely beautiful. I think it would really benefit from becoming a non-smoking hotel.

Very good

Very good staycation spot

Nice beach , good vibe , decent breakfast (less choice though). A very good spot to be with family. Good staff especially the reception.

Was a bit weird with dogs running here and there , need to have better control on this. My room had empty shower gel which should have been filled before checking.

What I has looking for

The event on the beach, reasonable food and drinks prices, the idea of getting your own personal items like Shisha, volley ball pitch, foot ball pitch, a lot more activities for free.

The pillows are very soft and the mattress is very soft; therefore, PAIN the next day.

The vibe and location is nice, the rooms are nested within the location of trees and vegitation making you feel comfortable. Music is really nice and the parties there are great!!!

Nice

The beach is beautiful and also the set up of the large rooms with a door directly to the garden.

The room and breakfast were really outdated. I guess they are rebranding most of the hotel and theyre doing a good job with that. So hopefully in some time they will do the last few rooms and breakfast also.
