Uma Sapna exceeded all expectations with impeccable cleanliness, thoughtful design, and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel valued and the twice daily housekeepin (Read More)g and mosquito maintenance were appreciated. The affordability and luxurious amenities make it a top choice in Bali. The location is perfect, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, Uma Sapna is highly recommended and guests can't wait to return.

Very good

Enjoyed my 4th stay here. Service is great for the price and size of villa and location are perfect.

room layout, pool. Comfy bed. Service was excellent. Kilo kitchen restaurant serves the best breakfast in town for a hotel brekkie.

Gym needs improvement. Safes need to be updated. Water provided shouldn't be in bottles needing can openers.

Beautiful little villa in Seminyak

Our little villa was a lovely quiet oasis among busy Seminyak. It was a great location for walking to shops and restaurants and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool in the hot afternoons. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed using the gym which had good equipment for a basic workout and a very nice treadmill.

My only criticism is that the side door of the villa (leading out to the pool) had no curtain/cover and let in a lot of light very early in the morning which made it hard to sleep in.

Absolutely stunning property!! It wa a highlight of our trip, we will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved absolutely everything about this stunning property. The villas were exquisite and beautifully appointed, the food at Kilo was extensive and delicious, and the spa treatments were divine. The staff were extrordinarily helpful, professional and friendly in all areas of the resort, including the reception, restaurant, spa, cleaners, gardeners and security.

Could not fault the property, it was wonderful.

A must stay hotel

This place is fantastic. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The staff were amazing. The staff were so attentive. I left something in the room when we checked out and the hotel even sent it on to the airport the day we were flying out. That was unexpected and amazing customer service. The facilities are super clean, well equipped and if you ever needed anything all you had to do was give them a call and they would sort it.
