Great for a family but terrible location.

We loved how big and private our villa was. We really enjoyed the pool and having such a nice spot.

The location. This property is not on the beach and the staff didnt explain how to get to the beach. Also it is lacking in amenities close by like a restaurant/bar, with only a cafe that closes at 4pm. The villa was nice but terrible location not close to anything really.

Breakfast was delivered to the villa each morning and this had a huge range of options to choose from, as well as a cleaning service daily. The staff were impeccable, the villa was huge and had everything we needed, with the bonus of having ample amounts of bottled water left for us each day. It felt very safe staying here with overnight security who met us on arrival with our keys and showed us to our villa. The staff were super helpful and would communicate throughout the day via Whatsapp if we needed anything. They helped to book all day trips we wished to go on, and could also recommend trips, activities and restaurants.

We were in the very end villa which was next to some building work that was ongoing. The villa was still stunning and there wasn't any noise from the works or issues, it was just something we could see from the bedroom balconies.

Nice Pool - kids loved it. Good service. Also when we changed our BBQ booking (more than once). Nice Design of the houses and good positioned walls as it was not possible to look into the neighbour pool.

The kitchen could be equipped better (we missed a rice cooker for example or mortar for cooking Som Tum).

Exceptional

This place is like a 5 star hotel. Amazing villas clean large and exceptionally comfortable. Staff are absolutely amazing and wonderful origami restaurant and staff. Location is very close to bang tao beach lots of halal restaurants in close vicinity. Genuinely amazing place
