Chill place

Love that our room overlooked the sea so we could always feel the breeze. Our room and toilets were also huge.

Felt that room service and drinks were a bit overpriced and they didnt allow grab food deliveries.

Comfort room and good sea view, but the food is bad.

There are lots of water spot selections, beautiful private beach and pool, got comfort and clean room with good view. All-in-one kinds of resorts, I really enjoyed my stay there. Will consider visit again if I go batam again.

The buffet dinner is REALLY BAD! It's the worst fusion buffet I've ever tried in 2023. They don't allow Grab Food to be delivered to the "house" directly, recommend to have your dinner in the city before coming back to the hotel.

Breakfast was good, water sports not bad

the room condition is terrible. The extra bed was the worst and the beds are starting to sink. The bathroom grouting is mouldy and tiles are stained.

Beautiful and serene place to stay

Beautiful property thats away from the buzz of the town. Felt so peaceful and serene. So many things to do around like swimming in the pool, walks nearby, water activities or just relax with a book.

The services provided by the staff were great. Teppanyaki is better. Breakfast and lunch from the restaurant is not bad.

Bbq dinner was a real disappointment. Fake prawns were given. All the food is disappointing, all... And we ended up getting cup noodle from the aqua shop that look like a plain office. The 2 pathway to the room, from the beach/ lobby is dark, please consider placing more lights especially when it's monsoon season and dark skies were inevitable. It is dangerous especially to the elderly as it is slippery as well. Overall, the food is too disappointing and it was not worth the price for such standard, it is too slippery and dark, this is really dangerous. Unable to call housekeeping too. There wasn't much activity due to the heavy rain. Perhaps more entertainment and activity could be done up at the lobby or elsewhere, noting that this is far from the city area and there's nothing else to do.
