It was a terrible choice to select Tuli Imperial for my stay. Would never do it again.

There was nothing likable from my stay in Tuli Imperial. Me and my poartner had a 1 night stay fro a reception being held in the same hotel. The stay was pathetic. We got food poisoning from the Food we ate at the Restaurant Mint Leaf. The hotel did not live upto food quality standards, we suffered a huge loss as we had to cancel our whole week long trip due to hospitalization. Both me and my partner had to visit the hospital 3 times due to nausea, vomiting and other stomach issues we got from eating at Tuli Imperial. I am still not fully recovered from the food poisoning even after 22 days from my visit there.

I raised a complaint to the hotel for the stomach infection/food poisoning that both me an dmy partner suffered. They told they will come baxck to me, its been 1 month almost now. Pathetic food standards, pathetic service .Really a waste of my money.

Definitely recommend this hotel, for the overall experience, food and superb service!

I don't usually bother to write reviews on hotels and have stayed in many indian hotels in the past, but I had such a good stay over 8 nights at the Tuli I just feel I should share my experience. My room accomodation was spacious and comfortable with every facility you might expect. The hotel interior generally - a real experience, this hotel is beautiful! A roof pool was great for a swim. I would certainly stay there again next time I am in Nagpur. The memorable thing for me was the level of service in Tuli Imperial - it was outstanding. All staff were extremely caring, professional and helpful, way beyond any expectations I had before staying. The food was freshly cooked by a team of chefs and was superb with a wide selection of top rate Indian dishes as well as international alternatives available throughout the day and evening - and including a terrific Breakfast. Restaurant Managers Harsh Argarwal and Sudhir Tarare looked after our every need and a big thankyou to them both, so professional. Front of house service was also top notch and my thanks to Ankita Pol for looking after us so well and ensuring our stay was hassle free and offering invaluable local knowledge for getting around and about.

DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER STAYED IN

The Staff .

The rooms smelt of smoke,and the furniture was outdated. Had to ask my sheets to be changed as they were dirty,and there was a piece of the room chandelier under the sheet The toilet seat was old and dirty . The bath tub had stains in them IMAGINE HAVING RAT TRAPS ALL ALONG THE CORRIDORS OF THE HOTEL ..What impression does that give the guest???!!!!! 18,000 INR A NIGHT..OMG What a rip off .and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in...In all my travels Filthy hotel

Scope for improvement in the services as this is a Boutique hotel

Since we arrived on 24th which was Dassera, we couldn't enter the hotel. The hotel didn't give us any information about blocking of the approach road or made any arrangements to receive us from the back gate. Ridiculous. We have waste time and had to walk thru the waste dumping debris between the back door and entry . This was too shocking. Can't believe this poor service

House keeping is bad. WiFi support is nil.

Room was really good,hotel ambiance looks like palace. While living feel like living king life.

Restaurant service can Improve more.nobody cares what guest are doing,no one assisting to get the table ,without asking staff clearing the cutlery dishes, nobody asking feedback no one comes to ask what we need.attention was lacking, need more focus n need more assisting until we don't sit.
