Great option.

Very nice facilities. Comfy room. Valet staff are amazing! Great choice depending on your style, as its within walking distance from the Strip, but it doesnt have a casino nor mall attached to the lobby like the other hotels around, which gives this one a sense of more privacy.

Short staffed on housekeepers. Out of the four full days of our stay, we only had the room cleaned once, and that was because I called them to make sure theyd come. I mentioned the issue at check-out and the front desk was aware of it. They refunded a small part of the stay cost as compensation which was nice.

Location, it was requested, confirmed and guaranteed a room over 50th floor with Bellagio view. They did not keep their word! Very disappointed

I wont be back as not worth the $ for a 5-star hotel. I wish I can get my money back.

Rooms were spacious and jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Rooms were spacious but weird layout of furniture and the carpet was stained. Kitchenette is there but no pans and pots. Side tables were not dusted well. Piles of dust on the side table and behind like never been cleaned. Water for shower was either hot or cold, there was no in between. And, the flow was super slow. No room cleaning in between the stay. Our comforter had blood stains. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. Rooms arent sound proof. We could hear kids from next door. Far from strip
