Short , uncomfortable and far off stay with a good view .

The property has a nice view and architecture was nice .

1. Rooms were not clean 2. Wi-Fi was not working 3. TV was not working 4. Furniture and bed were too old . It seemed as if the property has not been maintained well.

The only good thing about the property is its good location

The room was not hygienic,bed sheets were not washed properly so are the towels.The staff should get proper training on customer management.

Unlikely to go back there.

The location was good n scenic. The reception staff -Mr Vishnu - was super helpful and tried his best to help us. In fact he was the only redeeming factor there.

The property needs a massive update. The rooms are poorly decorated. Nowhere to put luggage except the floor!! Wouldnt sit on the chairs either. Not even a decent mirror in the room. No easy access points to charge phones.

Stay at Riverside Palace was positive.

The lush greenery surrounding the hotel provided a serene and refreshing atmosphere, creating a truly tranquil environment. The proximity to the backwaters enhanced the overall charm, offering a picturesque setting that added to the allure of the stay. The old architecture of the hotel was a delightful touch, exuding a sense of history and character. It added a unique and memorable element to the entire experience, making the stay feel like a journey through time.

Add on bed provided is not comfortable.

Value for money. Great for families

The Location and the way they have rennovated the old house to a stay-in . Very large rooms with wooden flooring, swimming pool on the top floor for added privacy. Very friendly and polite staff.

The linens were quite old and dirty. Would highly recommend a replacement . The toilets fittings are faulty and not fully working in some rooms.
