Very good

Clean but cold room

Everything was very clean and new. There were also free tea bags and a kettle for you to use it!

It was very cold in the room, the aircon didnt work properly and did only make noise but wasnt making the room warmer. There was also not enough lights in the room to see well at night.

Very nice staff and good price for quality.

Staff is very friendly. Several vegan options available for breakfast and room service

The location is very nice but a little hard to get from Chamartn rail station. Id recommend a taxi instead of public transportation. Also, to get to the city center, there is a bus around the corner that takes you there in around 20-25 minutes (it does not ride during night time)

Breakfast service was mediocre, not very helpful at all. One coffee machine was broken and the remaining one had a massive queue, not what you want in the morning. Guy making omelette and frying eggs looked like he just didn't want to be there.

The perfect hotel for a business trip in Madrid!

The room was super clean and modern, and very spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly and the food is delicious! Perfect stay for a business trip.

It would have been great if there were more amenities in the bathroom such as separate shampoo and conditioner.
