Very good

Spacious, comfortable Family accommodation

This is a fabulous resort for families with young children. The pool is very warm and clean with wonderful landscaping. Lot's of parking and spacious units with good size bedrooms.

Minor issues, such as no laundry detergent. The location is good for golf but there isn't much of anything you can walk to.

Exceptional

Very accommodating. An affordable, clean and spacious apartment with great facilities.

Everything was easy, from booking and special requests right through to check-out. We had a special request for a ground level room owing to one guest being in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Everything provided in the apartment was accessible to this guest, with a walk-in shower in the ensuite and wide, tiled spaces to move around. Even the establishment pool was mobility friendly. All appliances and furniture in the apartment were in good condition/working order. The kitchen was stocked with ample appliances, dishes and utensils. There honestly wasnt even so much as a squeaky fan, everything was great!

Wasnt overly clean, kitchen equipment needed an update - chipped glass cut my lip and no full set.

Very pleasant stay, no major issues, would use the accomodation again

Beautiful gardens with clean barbecues. Great pools, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, short drive into cairns centre, about 10 minutes out. Large shopping centre 5 minutes drive with Coles. Parking for two cars

Would be too far out for someone who wants to be in amongst the centre. Minor point but no tea towel provided to dry dishes, not an issue if you use the dishwasher. Tiles had not been swept or vacuumed under the beds

Nice resort , accomodation underwhelming and your own car is preferable due to location

the grounds and swimming pool were well maintained and very nice but there could have been more seating around the pool as often there was none available to use.The accomodation is secure and parking is great.

We stayed in Apartment 20. Unit was not clean dust and ice cream wrappers found under bed, rubbish bin was filthy, lack of toilet rolls on arrival had to address with reception early in stay.Main bathroom old with poor plumbing and exhaust fan not working.Air conditioner in one of the bedrooms faulty , never used by us but continually went on and off by itself this which was extremely disappointing as it resulted in disrupted sleep.This was addressed with staff more than once and unable to be rectified .Water in kitchen a scalding risk as way too hot. Rubbih bin location could be better situated in each car parking area and recycling limited. WOW clearly this resort does not appreciate any construvtive criticism - the reference to our children in their response i would just like to add they were adult children and had ONLY touched the remote in an attempt to stop the AC going on by itself as it was a constant disruption to their sleep , and yes we reported it twice and you came to investigate but were unable to rectify issue , we did not constantly report the same issue as clearly it was not able to be resolved during our stay. The rubbish bin location was just a suggestion as the parking area was large and seemed to be a more suitable location for bins but you clearly are happy with its current location and that is fine, the report of the water temp in the kitchen was met with a defensive reply and no mention of the rubbish and dirty bin in our supposedly cleaned apartment . it is a shame that you get on the defensive very quickly with any constructive criticism as was noted on previous comments by guests that had less favourable comments - not very helpful indeed.

Good

The pools and beautifully kept gardens were the a highlight of our stay. Also very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everthing we needed to cook with. It was quiet and peaceful. We also loved the late checkout (12pm), which meant our daughter could stay in the pool all morning the day we left.

A a couple of minor things that would have made our good stay great - the gym is only available 9 to 6, which was a bit limiting, as is reception. The 2nd tv in our apartment didnt work, and there was no dvd player. The staff were mostly really nice (the lady who checked us in was lovely and the gardener), but we never heard back from reception about unlocking the screen door from our bedroom to outside (none of the keys worked), and weren't asked about our stay when we checked out, which made us unsure if they cared about our experience.
