Room service is not good and late. Food should be better. Hotel has just implemented no plastic policy and accordingly they serve water in glass bottle. Only two bottles are served. More drinking water is chargeable.

Great Family stay in Agra

The check-in was smooth and they ensured or 2 rooms were next to each other as requested. Excellent check-in service and host and they allowed us to check in early! The restaurant was very prompt to prepare our meals and serve us post an overnight train ride as we were famished. Great food options and taste. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with daily turn down service. The staff serve with warmth and genuine care and attention to guests. Tour guide arrangement was excellent by Trident travel desk.

The only down-side is the training and the capability of the new restaurant staff. They are not ready to handle the peak breakfast and dinner crowds. They need more training to get them up to speed and to get more in line with the other staff at the Trident.
