Good for families who like to be noisy

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Never seen such enthusiasm to please! The room was comfortable with a decent view of the hills. Food was ok, but always piping hot, fun!

The courtyard is in the center of the rooms, so all the noise that families and children make carries to the rooms at all times. Food was a bit oily and the south indian dishes at breakfast were inedible.

A lovely Peaceful Hotel with a wonderful view of the forest and having 5 star facilities.

Treehouse Villa is tucked away from the crowds and we felt like we were in the middle of a forest. Our Room balcony overlooked the thick forest and was very very special. The staff at the front as well as those that served us food in the restaurant were so caring and so hospitable. We felt we were home in the way the hotel was designed .... a courtyard in the center. The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of items. This was certainly one of the best properties and we will definitely come back again.

There are frequently people who come to these quiet places to party and make noise. We had one such group that came very late and were talking loud and drinking till 3.00am. Finally after complaining i had to go downstairs and tell them to be quiet as it was disturbing our sleep. The Hotel management must enforce mandatory quiet hours so others are not disturbed. They should let people know that they have to be in a restricted area which is soundproof so they don't disturb other guests.The hotel has a wooden structure which makes sound travel so they should not allow any partying after a certain time. I did make this known to the management but unfortunately i did not sleep that night due to the noise.
