Good potential but needs a deep clean

The room was big and had a working TV. The food was tasty, hot shower.

I was shown to my room by an older gentleman, I carried my own bags, all he did was open the door. I decided I would give him a 20 rupee tip but then he asked me for 100 rupees and stood awkwardly in my room looking at me and said he had bad legs so he needs more. I am happy to give tips for good service but unfortunately this wasn't it. The bed was very dirty, it had stains all over, I requested a change of sheets which they provided and I changed them myself. The floor was also very dirty, I took my socks off and my feet were black. Sink and mirror and toilet also dirty. This hotel has a lot of potential but the complete lack of any care for the room let's it down. They also tried to charge me more than the prices stated in the food menu on checkout, they need to update prices in menu if it has changed. Leaves a sour taste for a paying guest to not have the basics done.

Amazing!!

Super neat property, good service, good food and beautiful locality. Better than any hotel anyway. Rooms and bathrooms too are very clean and tidy. The pantry people were so kind and warm.Thank you Staff for hosting us.

Room service is pretty quick. one really doesnt has to bother checking dinning places because they have it all taken care with a restaurant serving breakfast and major meals. Staff are kind and courteous. Thanks team for the memorable stay and exceptional service....
