Too much improvement to be done on service and neatness

The location and breakfast

No proper response on the extra bed and also every day in the morning room is filled with cigarette smell. Lot of mosquitos and had tough time with it. May be higher floor rooms are having better situation but in 1st floor I don't advice to go for it.Unless you don't find other hotels don't go for it and don't get fooled by location

Good location, non supportive staff

Location is good.

Staff is super unfriendly especially the front desk. In early morning checkout they kept sleeping on the lounge sofas meant to seat the guests. The elevators in the morning are occupied by the staff taking utensils up and down from the breakfast area, forcing you to use the steep stairs. Seems little attention is given to the property of the guests in this case
