Most things, the old, vintage and regal character of this beautiful hotel. Almost like I was staying in a palace! Couldn't have been better.

Beautiful piece of history close to everything.

Beautiful old Edwardian style building, with huge rooms and very high ceilings. The lobby is broken into smaller sections, with big comfortable lounges and chairs, so lots of privacy to meet up with friends. Great location, esp to watch the NYE fireworks from your bed! Walk to Southbank, Riverside, city shopping precinct and transport hubs. Staff were excellent. The Lab was great for breakfast, and Ryans bar had plenty of options for drinks and snacks. Can't wait to go back!

Fun, beautiful and relaxing.

The room was exactly how it was described on the website and in the picture, with stunning views of the Brisbane River and South Bank. The room is spacious, clean and the decor transport you back into a Victorian time period. The bed was so soft and comfortable, with crisp white sheets, that made you feel like you were sleeping on feathers. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them, especially on New Years Eve and New Years Day!! The location of the hotel is ideal and in the best part of Brisbane. With Queen St Mall just across the road and South Bank over the Bridge that leads to the Art Gallery and Museum, this makes the Treasury Hotel the Ideal place to stay in Brisbane!!

We love the location and the what is available within walking distance.

While the heritage of the building is quite charming, some wall and doors were showing signs of wear.

Pleasurable

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - they simplified what could've been a potentially frustrating parking situation. Perhaps next time mention the cost of parking overnight. Bed and pillows were comfortable - room was clean. Sofa very old and far too low we felt.

It was good, just need to sort out the room service hassles.

Just nice and friendly

The room service menu and all the electronic app stuff is a right royal pain in the ass. We like just old school books of what is available, then ring it through. The techno stuff is a real buzz kill. Make it simple.
