Very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay.

The property is in an excellent location and very easy to access food and other entertainment.

The staff was unprofessional and very rude. We were stuck in the lobby for many hours on end after have a room booked and told check in was at 3pm. In addition we finally received a room and it was already occupied.

Worst place ever! Will not retourne for sure

Staff was rude, we had our room at 5pm. Could not leave the luggage, had to pay a fee per person cash only and even then, the employ complained! We ended up leave it on the car. Bath drain was blocked! Worst place

Fine I guess. Nothing special

Room was clean. Room was close to the convention center. Was also close to the train station.

Staff was not very pleasant, especially on the phone. seemed like they were annoyed with everything. Checkin was more complicated than it should have been. I had to go down to the front desk twice to get my breakfast vouchers because they weren't delivered to the room.

Very noisy air conditioner. Quite expensive parking.
