Good Property but very high tariff.

Private beach was the best part. Though quite far but having such a peaceful beach in Puri was a good experience. It could have been better had the property would have set up some kiosk to serve at least packaged foods and beverages there.

1. No dressing table/mirror in the room. 2. Replenishment of shaving kit, dental kit, tea bags only after repeated request. 3. No face towel/tissue provided in the room. 4. Room vacation timing of 08:00AM is too early. 5. Staff service was not prompt.

Toshali boasts that it has a private beach - Which it doesnt. Also its a place for wedding so loud music! Painfully far from Jagannat temple Auto stand outside the hotel literally loot you with charges Food is good Staff is ok

I am glad that there was a cottage available instead of the deluxe room I reserved. I checked the deluxe room and it did not meet my expectations.

Very poor

Very dissapointing stay. The resort has turned more into a loud wedding location. Rooms were not at all upto the mark.

The location and the nearby Beach

Property is old and very poorly maintained. The rooms were not clean. Balcony was very dirty. Pool was almost brown and didnt look clean. For the price being charged , it has very poor infrastructure.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The location was not good, very far from Puri, although in website it's mentioned situated in Puri. Also they don't have a private beach as advertised, it's a government beach which closes by 5pm and is not at walkable distance, although the hotel will arrange transportation to and from the beach.

It was uncomfortable, unprofessional and mismanagement.

There was mismanagement in the service. The room was booked for 3 people, however, the room was set up for 2. I had to call reception again and again. This was really irritating. The washroom had no tissue paper which ideally should be kept before assigning the room. We upgraded our stay to a cottage after talking to the salesperson (Shantanuk Padhi). According to him, cottage service is better and hence we paid 5000 extra. I wonder now, if the cottage has this facility then what will be the condition of the normal rooms in a building? The team who were providing service was so unprofessional, they had no basic knowledge of cleanliness.
