Will stay herestay here Again but will book one of their better rooms.

Perfectly central location. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and functional.

We had booked the smallest room on the property. The room was indeed small and had no view. The window faced a wall from the neighboring building at arms length.

5 nights Great location, and that's pretty much it.... A small room and not suitable for the hotel's advertisements. An unnecessary bathtub inside the room, takes up half of its size, but you can't take a shower using the shower head, the shower head is blocked and the water splashes all over the room, just not on your body.... Severe leakage in the bath, a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom last night, to the point of not being able to breathe in the room. Breakfast served to the room is boring and doesn't change, although you can sort of "choose" the food. There is an elevator, but practically the elevator does not function at all, and after many minutes of waiting, you just give up and go up the stairs to your floor!!! We paid very dearly and at this price we could have chosen a much better hotel in the same area. Regarding the score of the hotel, it is a fictitious score, at the end of the stay at the hotel, the hotel employees ask you very directly to give the hotel a score of 10. I cannot lie and mislead other vacationers, the score I would give the hotel is no more than 5.

Everything! The wellness room is just perfect, the location is great, breakfast just perfect and hosts very friendly and accomodating

The only downside we can think of is that there was no balcony/terrace to the room, but thats really the only (very) small remark we can make

New favorite hotel for my frequent short stays in town. 100% value for money.

I'd describe this hotel as a hidden gem, you can tell right away that they put a lot of care and effort into the experience and services that they provide. Everything felt new and fresh. The location is great, walking distance to several points of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had a good time enjoying the complimentary aperitivo in the evening while chatting with the bar tender. The hotel is in the center of a large and busy city so a little noise from the streets is to be expected but I barely even noticed it.
