The staff were helpful.

The bed and the bathroom sink were designed for a tall person. I am average height of 5 feet 3 inches and the bed was too high and the bathroom sink was too high as I had to lean very forward to clean my teeth and wash. The kleenex tissue container was empty. We were not able to watch TV as it was not clear how to operate and no instructions were provided. Noisy location with trains below us and planes above us coming in for landing at Porter Airport.

I stayed in the hotel for 15 nights with the family. The location was excellent. Staff are friendly and kind. Rooms are daily cleaned. They gave me a room in the ninth floor it was very big and comfortable, beds are very comfortable as well. We ate lunch in the restaurant and the food was very tasty and well displayed. Breakfast was acceptable.

Unfortunately my stay was very good till the last day when I wanted to checkout, I was charged for an extra 300$. When I asked why they said that there was a fourth person eating breakfast with you for 4 or 5 days!! Which didnt happen with me at all , I payed a bunch of money for my stay , and it wasnt to stop with the 300$, but paying it with no reason was a problem. The lady in the front desk was very kind and did what was needed to check and came back to me that if you want we can check the cameras. I told her yes please do. Then the manager on the day his name: Giri Gulendran came telling me that we will not see the camera and he trusts his team and we will cancel the extra payment because we dont have time! And whenever I talk he shouts me down as if Im the one who had the fourth ghost setting with us!! He was disrespectful in the way and the words, canceling the payment and making me feel that I was a lying was his solution. Which I will not accept at all.

Top location and great service in Toronto

The room was comfortable and had everything I wanted, including a comfy sitting chair. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make things how you want. Location is perfect within walking distance of airport train, Union Station, aquarium, harbour, and tower. The view from the restaurant is totally unique too!

I found the air-conditioning a bit noisy and cold.

All in all everything was amazing plus the awesome service for breakfast well done

I loved the space of the room it was huge I never saw a hotel that has a big room and the window was giant. I think this hotel is the best I loved the pool, the bathroom, the amazing view and the gym because some other hotels has small gyms and I really enjoy it.

Parking the car for $45 a night was to much.
