Fantastic

Rooms very clean. The place was very quiet, we didnt hear any noise. The location was perfect, very close to Colosseum. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly, especially Valeria who was adorable and helps us a lot by suggesting best places to visit and to eat in Rome. It was the best choice, we would come again and again.

Everything about this hotel and staff exceeded our expectations!

Our hostess at this hotel (Valaria) is an absolute gem! I cannot say enough about her! From booking us shuttles to taking care of breakfast or snacks for us at any time, to the clean accomodations, everything exceeded our expectations. If I could give 100 stars, I would! :)

Great spot to stay in Rome

Great location right down the street from the Colosseum. Walking distance from essentially all major sights. Loved that they brought coffee and breakfast to our room each morning and offered laundry services. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a bit stiff and only provided two pillows (one for each person).

Great place for a stay in Rome

Nice small room with towels, toiletries, water kettle, tiny fridge and tv. In summer ac is great add on, since we traveled in October there was no need to use it. Valeria was an amazing host, giving many good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast served to the room based on order (sandwiches, eggs, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, drinks). Guesthouse is located just few minutes down the street from Colosseum. We have walked the Rome during our stay. Just used public transport (stop 2min away) to get to restaurant in Trastevere. Main train/ bus station Termini is located 20 min away so it is easily recheable on foot.

Would be great to have second chair in the room, that would come in handy when having breakfast. What we missed were fruits/ vegetables for breakfast but we just got those in a nearby store.
