Best you can get from hostel

Comfortable bed and helpful staff. Breakfast was great for a hostel. Everything looked new. Padlock, towel and dryer can be renter from the property but I went there prepared, so didnt need to rent. I couldnt use the pool because of being in winter but it looks nice

This is as much as you can get from a hostel. Toilets were little bit dirty and there in the shower cabin, nowhere to put belongings. You need to wear your clothes after getting out of the cabin in the shower room. For the toilets and bathrooms men/women sign was weird.

Superb

Location is perfect. It's close to everything. It has a hotel standard even though it's a hostel. The lobby has a home feeling and my kids loved the pool table.

The room can be equipped with more hooks on the wall to hang clothes.

The hostel is worst , the bathroom doesn't have a clothes hanger huh, the closet doesn't have a lock, if you want to get a towel, you have to pay 2 euro, the room is cramped, I booked two nights, one night and ran away

Money stolen by the hostel staff from dormitory..

The hostel location was so good. So whatever bad service they provide,There will be still people going for it.

It was so traumatizing for me that all locks in dormitory including mine were broken and my bag lock was broken and my money was stolen.. When I asked the staff regarding that they can't look in the cctv camera and tell me to report to police station ..When I went to police station, It's a routine thing happening in TOC hostel and they told me that the theft is actually done only by hostel staffs and Management even knows that nothing can be done.They always target foreigners.. Since the location of the hostel is good..they will get enough constumers whatever service they provide. Kindly avoid this hostel if possible ...I have posted the photos of broken locks... I lost around 10000 Indian rupees and 5000 euros...

The Brazilian Staff at the Reception in the morning Spacious Common areas Lighting Clean and extraordinary location and view from the room.

Exceptional Hostel Experience.

All the staff were so professional. Excellent customer service. Facilities were beyond my expectations - modern, clean, comfortable. A hearty breakfast was available at a reasonable price. The location was central to most cultural venues as well as good restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hostel. Ken

A towel would have been a bonus.
