Beautiful serene venue

Great staff. They helped with our bags and were very attentive. Lovely serene venue tucked away from the noise and chaos of Ubud main street but close to all the main shops and restaurants. Great pool overlooking nature. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

No soap for the wash hand basin although we didn't ask as I'm sure they would have supplied it if we did.

One of a kind spot in Ubud

A nice quiet spot. The photos do not do this place justice. The family is so caring and I would stay again next time we visit. I cannot thank them enough for how well they took care of us.

Everything. Staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The villa was very peaceful and private pool was great. Breakfast menu needs to be selected the night before. Very good value for money.

The shuttle service is nice but only runs twice in the morning and twice in the evening, and the taxi service seemed a bit over priced. Other than that we loved our stay.

The breakfast was very poor which is a pity The maintenance in the room and the cleanliness was not satisfactory. The hotel has a great potential but the arrival experience is very poor and the service provided does not justify the room rate.

It was fabulous and I would happily return.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool villa was lovely. Reasonably short walk into Ubud although they also offer a free shuttle. They kindly offered their taxi service for my airport transfer even after Id checked out but unfortunately it didnt work out due to crossed wires and changing flight times.

Only a couple of minor suggestions/requests - instructions on how to call reception from the in-room phone would be helpful and I would have loved some bubble bath for the bath (as well as a small table next to the bath and some shelving or bench in the shower to hold toiletries etc).

Beautiful grounds, great rooftop pool overlooking the forest. Very quiet location yet close enough to town. The family was so lovely!! Highly highly recommend!!
