Very poor

The room did not meet the expectations as per the money we paid.

The bathroom tap was broken when we entered the room. They were able to repair but the tap still dint seem to be working smoothly. The toilet seat was broken. And was not stable. Some water was leaking from the closet upon flushing. We noticed in the morning that the toilet was stinking too but we were checking out the same day so we reported it only at the time of check out. We knew there was no point raising issues as upon asking for a room change the representative who came to the room when we complained of the broken tap had said all other rooms were occupied. So once we noticed the water leaking from the closet, broken toilet seat, we knew we had no choice but to bear it. Room had mosquitoes that made it difficult to sleep at night. Even though the room was spacious, with these issues in the bathroom we had a very bad experience here. We paid a good sum for the room and the room was supposed to be premium and highest priced but this hotel seems only maintained from the outer looks and it is not worth the money they charge for in real. There are these issues which they have conveniently ignored. It did not seem as if customer satisfaction was their priority. For the amount we paid the service we received was pathetic. This was even called out to the person at the reception. They did not take any satisfactory action. Even the breakfast they served was poor.

Overall Good Hotel. Need to work on Restaurent management.

Location, Ambience and Rooms. We got upgraded room at free of cost. Little language problems are there.

Great ambience, value foe money. Clean Room and have lift facility. One thing I want to point out for this hotel that this hotel has a restaurent but its too crowdy. Out side people came and grab the tables so travellers who have bookings in that hotel got no table to seat and enjoy dinner or lunch.

Nice, clean and pleasant, but slightly overpriced

Nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Some of us had pleasant massages.

Not a budget hotel, and within that context it there's definitely some room for improvement. The beds are somehow both very soft but also incredibly stiff. Until at least 01:00 AM we could constantly hear clanging from pots and pans in the kitchen through the ventilation shoots. The ventilation system itself was also pretty loud throughout the night. All in all it was a bit overpriced.
