Only sea view of the room from windows and balcony Room is big

Wife doesn't work There is no Power outlet for charging at all in room Some light doesn't work Air-conditioning is work well but with high volume sound Staff can't speak English They request to take me ney for quarantine some is not included when reservation

I regret staying there. A hostel would have been better

The pools were excellent and the view over the bay was ok

The bed was rock hard and the pillows were like stones. The WiFi was next to useless despite the attempted improvements by the staff it was too slow to be used. This was due to the small bandwidth in relation to the number guests. Unacceptable in a hotel of this alleged calibre. The showers and water heaters were also unable to cope with the number of guests so the showers were lukewarm at best and more often cold. Again unacceptable

A lovely stay. The hotel itself has a small beach

The room had a beautiful view of the bay and wharf. It was spacious and immaculately done up with lavish breakfast. Loved every bit of my stay here.

The deposit even after payment of room rent. its unfriendly and insulting

Good hotel but be careful of the tap

Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is so diverse, a lot of variety.

The tap in the shower and on the basin are so dangerous. I got cut and bleeding by the tap on the basin.

Good

Property is good but the staff has to be trained in English

The property is big and nice facilities are there. I could not use the gym and pool so cannot comment on that.

The staff did not know English and that was a big problem. Considering that Thailand is a tourist location, the staff should atleast be capable to communicate in English with the guests.
