Good location, nice townhouse accommodation. .

Very small bar area, private party took over and had priority for access to bar over hotel guests. For this reason we would not return

Wonderful stay.

Fantastic room with amazing facilities. Huge bath and excellent shower. Great location and close to great shops and places to eat. Lovely staff and so friendly.

We stayed in a suite which was luxurious and had everything including an old record player. Beautiful bathroom with all mod cons. The only item not included in the room was a television which seemed unusual.

after my 2017 stay i was fond of this special place. now i am hooked. great location, great choice

the room was comfortable and well designed. hotel manager Eljesa Saciri and her co-workers were very efficient in arranging a comfortable stay

when i stayed in 2017 there was a room with 2 twins which is nice for friends traveling

Poor customer service. Not a good long term plan to have any repeat business.

Mistake made on booking date. I tried to ask for a different day or refund / credit but they were not willing to make any concessions. Fair enough but will never spend a cent on this hotel or any within it's group.

The bed was comfy

Location was a trick. Venue was tiny in comparison to clerkenwell. Room tiny No toothbrush or anything in the room Light didn't work. It was cluttered. Staff seemed generally slow and confused. Didn't want to stay there and was thinking of going to the clerkenwell venue instead

I can't wait to return!

The most helpful staff and lovely feel to the place, with wonderful cocktails in the cosy bar! It feels as though you've been welcomed into someones house. It's located right behind Oxford street and a couple of minutes walk from the nearest tube. The room temperature was perfect and easily changed, the bed was SO comfortable, the bath was deep and large, the shower was powerful with the toiletries really nice too. I can't wait to go again!
