Overall, I would recommend 11/10 as it was centrally located, the staff was impeccably friendly!

I think the hotel staff were the cherry on the cake. They were very sweet and helpful. I loved the location of the hotel as it was centrally located and walkable distance from the Cresent and Pultney bridge. Overall an amazing experience

The breakfast spread was limited to ham based meat only. I think they could have some more variety of veggies or meat. Overall it was decent enough to fill ourselves up.

Stay in Bath

The staff was very professional and helpful my whole stay. The room and whole hotel was very clean and modern. I do recommend to stay in a Z hotel to anyone who visits Bath!

The only small fall back was the lack of proper ventilation in the room. We could not open the window or control the temperature in the room. It got too stuffy during moments of my visit.

Very good

Excellent location and check-in process, I was early and they quickly took my luggage so I could get to a meeting in Bath.

Very disappointing that you cannot connect to the smart TV so I missed watching the match. I stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned housekeeping just neatened the duvet: the bottom sheet not tucked in, crumbs left on floor and glass marks not cleaned off bedside table. Bathroom wasn't cleaned either.
