Wonderful stay with very good food and hospitality.

From the moment we arrived at Xanadu we fell in love with the location of the property. The whole of Nilgiris was just before our eyes with all the clouds and the lovely weather.

The location of the villa on cliff. View from the villa.

Villa was expensive for the services offered. It was a decent size room with standard facilities, but per night charge at 10000 INR is too much, considering only the room and breakfast in the package. It should be around 6000 INR.

Fantastic location, lovely views and quiet neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and eager to help. But they could use some training in hospitality to anticipate the needs of their guests and maintain high quality of service.

Picturesque sunrise and marvellous stay at The Xanadu

The Xanadu is a beautiful homestay overlooking the Nilgiris at Coonoor. The view of the misty hills from the balcony and the lawn was breathtaking. View of the sunrise over the hills early morning and clouds drifting through the mountains were the highlights of our stay. The experience was very soothing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food was delicious home made food customised as per preference. Staff was very accommodative, hospitable and caring. Must visit this place for a wondeful experience surrounded by nature.
