Superb

Stylish accommodation, great service in a lovely location

We had a family apartment with two rooms and a small lounge area, which gave us plenty of space. The location means you can sit in the sun and watch the world go by at the front of the hotel, or enjoy the beautiful terrace. Only a short taxi ride to the V&A or a 40 min walk along the promenade. We were advised (in our airport transfer) that the promenade was safe to walk and we did without issues, really enjoyed our stay.

The room was what i expected.

They gave the room at 3pm, when the check in is at 2pm. 1 hour late.

Incredible stay in Seapoint, Capetown.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, a short drive from the V&A and centre of CT, sea-facing in Seapoint with the full mountain backdrop. Seapoint is really nice with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance and relatively safe (for SA). The hotel itself is gorgeous. It has a beautiful courtyard with red, purple and green Bougainvillea lining the whitewash walls. The hotel food is exceptional too. I love my food and every meal was above average. The room was spacious and had a lovely extension where my girlfriend could get ready. The bathroom was spacious and shower was very big too. To top it off, the staff were super friendly and super helpful. We spoke to them on a daily basis for help booking trips and restaurants and they went above and beyond to assist.

The two aspects that I felt left room from improvement: 1. The drains in the bathroom drained very slowly, and after leaving the shower running for a little while, flooded the bathroom floor. We did tell reception and they said they would get Maintinence to take a look. 2. The gym is VERY basic. There is a Virgin Active within walking distance if you require a more sophisticated setup.
