Very good

The staff were kind and nice. I miss Mr. Kamel and Miss Carol. I hope to meet you soon. The hotel's location is great, close to the metro station and coffee shops. Room cleanliness and nice decor.

I hope the price is lower than that.

Had great second visit here for business purposes. More choice at breakfast would be appreciated.

The hotel is located in Beacon Hill, a 10 minute walk from the park and Newbury Street. The building's design is clean, crisp and with a twist of rustique. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, breakfast is limited in comparison to the fine level of the facilities. It would be nice to have more choice for breakfast, certainly when staying more than 2 nights.

Cosines, cleanliness and position

Although we had a very nice stay, I was very disappointed with the manager who didnt accept to return even an amount of our non stay already paid nights. He said that it was a booking com. Decision and not his. Booking com replied to my partial refund demand that it is a management decision I dont know finally whose decision it was but I am super disappointed.

It saddens me to write this only as it may cause there to be less availability again. It's the full package, the location, the staff, the property. A truly wonderful stay in what's clearly a very well run hotel.

A bit disappointing

Location is ok if youre ok with long walks to the Cambridge side or to the city. Modern design and clean.

We travelled for a special occasion but didnt feel special at all. Not even a card in the room or congrats extended by the staff. For a hotel of this caliber we have expected at least tiny bit of personalization but theres none of that in here. So if youre looking to have a great stay and feel happy and special, book elsewhere.
